The Problem
AI agents deliver value only when they operate reliably in production.
An AI agent that passes all internal tests can still hallucinate, fail during critical handoffs, or silently drive-up compute costs once customers start using it. For a startup, such production failures translate into immediate customer churn and wasted engineering capacity.
To prevent these, deploying an agent cannot be a one-time event. Instead, it requires a continuous lifecycle of testing, monitoring, and performance improvement for as long as the agent remains active.
Which one are you building
Not every agent is the same kind of problem
Four things describe any agent — what triggers it, how long it runs, how much control a human keeps, and how the work flows. Six archetypes cover how they show up in real products, and we’ve shipped in every one.
01 Chat Agents
The user asks, the agent responds; the conversation flow naturally.
02 Copilots
The agent suggests changes; a person approves, edits, or rejects them.
03 Workflow Agents
Carries out a set process from start to finish, pausing when it needs a human decision.
04 Autonomous Task Agents
Works towards a goal rather than following a fixed script. The agent plans its own steps and checks its own work.
05 Long-Running Agents
Works on its own for hours or days, keeps track of its progress, and reports back when finished.
06 Ambient/Event-Driven Agents
Kicks off automatically when something happens, no prompt needed, and keeps a full record of what it did.
Proof, not promises
Real world wins across our core archetypes.
A subscription billing platform
Users had to jump between several modules to reach invoices, contracts, and payments. Also, there was no way to add AI without losing control. We added 7 read only agents on top of the existing platform, all working under one central agent. That agent reads requests and gives the okay, but every transaction is still done by a person.
An enterprise configuration platform
Had thousands of complex configuration settings that needed expert knowledge to change safely. We built two autonomous agents with five specialized tools, plus a validation and observability layer that double checks every change (type, range, and intent) before it goes live.
A B2B marketing platform
Had a big cloud database that only people who knew SQL could use. We built a natural language chat interface so anyone could ask questions in plain English. Instead of cramming everything into the AI’s instructions, we pre-organized the database structure, which kept costs down and let it automatically reject questions outside its scope.

HOW WE WORK
From agent discovery to reliable production
Find
We identify high-value use cases and rapidly prototype to validate feasibility and ROI.
Build
We build agents with everything it needs (tools, context, memory, and orchestration) to execute real workflows.
Validate & Deploy
We run comprehensive regression testing for accuracy, then ship it with the infrastructure, integrations, and governance required for production.
Improve
We keep an eye on how its behavior, costs, and latency, and feed signals from the real-world environment into the system.
Testing isn't just a box we check before launch. It keeps running continuously and feeds back into rebuilding and improving the agent, even after it's live.

FAQs
An agent can pass all the tests to make sure it’s ready, and still fail when given to real customers. It can make up the answer, fail during a critical handoff, or just secretly incur crazy compute expenses. We avoid this by considering deployment an ongoing job, not a one time launch. Our Improve stage keeps watching behavior, cost, and speed after launch, and feeds anything it catches back into fixing the system, so problems get caught early instead of turning into failures.
Our AI Agent Development Services cover the full journey from idea to a working agent in production. We find your use case, build the agent with the tools and memory it needs, validate it against real-world scenarios, deploy it properly, and continue to improve it from there. It’s the same five-step process you see under How We Work: Find, Build, Validate, Deploy, and Improve.
The biggest security risks are agents taking unintended actions and seeing data they shouldn’t. We mitigate this with a validation and observability layer that checks the type, range, and intent of each action the agent takes before it goes live, a technique we also used on the configuration platform, where we recorded zero hallucinations. We also build in human approval steps to prevent agents from taking high-impact actions on their own.
AI Agent Observability is the ability to see into your agent to understand what it is doing, why it is doing it, and ensure that it continues to do the right thing. Without it, agents can quietly do unsafe or incorrect things without anyone knowing until it is too late. It’s built into our Improve stage, where we track behavior, cost, and speed continuously and send you a weekly report, so nothing goes wrong quietly.
It depends on the type of agent and how it connects to your data, but our Build stage typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to get a working agent handling a real part of your workflow. Before that, Find takes 3 to 5 days to identify the right use case. After Build, Validate takes another 1 to 2 weeks, and Deploy takes 1 to 2 weeks to get it live.
AI Agent Orchestration is about connecting agents, tools, and data in a way that lets them work together without interfering with each other. For example, on the billing platform we orchestrated 7 read-only agents, each handling a specific aspect of billing, under a parent agent that reads requests, routes them, and approves them, while a human stays in the loop for every transaction.
Agentic AI Development Services cover the full range of agent types your product might need. Chat agents, copilots, workflow agents, autonomous task agents, long-running agents, and ambient agents all require different engineering approaches, and we’ve shipped production systems across all six. We match the right archetype to your problem instead of forcing one type of agent to do every job.
Compute cost is one of the risks we watch for from the start, since an agent that seems fine in testing can quietly rack up costs once real usage kicks in. Our Improve stage tracks cost and behavior continuously after launch and sends you a weekly report, so a cost problem gets caught early instead of turning into a surprise bill.
